The first step is to sign up for a complimentary coaching session.  This is a FREE, no obligation way to sample the coaching process.  At the end of this session we will discuss whether you want to move forward with coaching.

A Few Details

Good things are always hard, and difficulty is a necessary ingredient of accomplishing something significant. (If it was easy to navigate change, you would have done so already – Right?) Coaching is not for everyone.  It requires you to acknowledge that you want to make a significant change in your life.  It requires honesty to yourself and your coach.  It requires a willingness to risk and experiment and getting outside your comfort zone.  It requires hard work.

When you choose to move forward with coaching, the minimum commitment is 3 months with 2 coaching sessions a month.  Whether an exercise program, a training class, yoga or coaching, you need to commit to a few months to appreciate the results of your efforts.

Prior to the first session a coaching agreement is sent and pricing and payment is discussed and agreed upon.

After the first 3 months, it is your choice to continue or not and at what frequency you want to continue forward with your change and goals.
